Honey is the result of a transformation of the nectar of flowers made by bees. It consists of a concentrated solution of sugar which are mainly fructose and glucose, there are also vitamins, enzymes, minerals and many active characteristic of the plants used. Honey is a cheaper alternative to sports drinks and carbohydrate supplements.

Our honey is produced in the valleys of Lake Como where there is total absence of cultivated fields and the impossibility of any then even minimal contamination with pesticides or herbicides, a further guarantee of a product well above the normal quality standards . The honey produced is offered to consumers without treatment of any kind, as obtained from the industrious bees.
